STAGR ("we") is a field service app for small businesses, run by Junk Junkies Indiana. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone; passwords are stored as a salted hash). Information a business enters about its own customers (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, job, quote and invoice details). Photos a business attaches to jobs. Messages sent to customers through STAGR. A push notification token, if you allow notifications. Basic server logs. We use no advertising or tracking SDKs.
How we use it
To run the app for the business that entered it: show it to that business's team, send the quotes, invoices and text messages the business asks us to send, and send notifications. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.
Who sees it
Only the business and its team. Our service providers process data for us: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon) and text messaging (Twilio). We share data otherwise only if the law requires it.
Text messages
A business may only text customers who agreed to receive texts. Customers can reply STOP at any time.
Your choices and deleting your account
You can change or delete information in the app. To delete your account, open Settings and choose "Delete my account". A person deleting their own login removes that login. An owner deleting their account deletes the whole business and its data immediately. You can also email us at info@junkjunkiesindiana.com and we will delete it for you.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and passwords are hashed. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
STAGR is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
